5• See what is the thought you are having behind that heaviness:

"I can't have something."
"I can't pay something".
"I feel I can't do this or that".
"I want to know why this person is not coming around anymore".
"I want to know why this or that".
"I want to have this or that".
"I think this person is having a hard time"
"I'm having a hard time"
"It's too bad people saw me do this or that"
"What if I don't make it"
"What if so and so is better than me"

"People must be criticizing that I don't have this or that"

6• Once you have seen which thought is pulling your attention from the present moment, drop the thought. Really say to yourself "I don't have time for that. That thought is not serving me and I am letting it go now".

7• Get into action to get the attention off of yourself:
- Do something for your business or

8• See "in general" which things or situations ARE going well for you. It has to be in general so you feel the good feeling of it. Go ahead. Feel it.

9• The ego which is the one feeding you all those thoughts that bring your energy down is very sneaky. It feeds them to you over and over so the trick is to get so involved in your other projects that you literally forget about them and you don't even pat yourself in the back for getting into action to forget about those thoughts because that would be putting attention on them again and making them important on how you "beat" them.
(Lesson #90 in thelanguageofconnection.teachable.com)

10• Make sure you are completely convinced that it's not worth it to think these thoughts EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE HAPPENING OR MAY BE TRUE like the person not calling you back or you not being able to buy something or you being criticized by whoever. These thoughts literally have a "hold of you". If you make anything important . . . ANYTHING!!! No matter how "important" like jail situations or hospital situations, your energy is going to go down and you will feel blah again or not motivated or confused.
(Lesson #90 in thelanguageofconnection.teachable.com)

11• You have permission to keep your power, to not think those thoughts by dropping them completely and you have permission to shine and keep your momentum NO MATTER WHAT!! ; ) Yay!!
